Below we have covered our customers most common questions & thoughts - Please let us know if there is anything else you did not find that you are seeking information on.

Q: When will Shoprely ship my items? 

A: All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2-3 business days. 
You will then receive notification of shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the US or Asia. If from Asia, please expect 10-20 days to receive your order. 

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Shoprely.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the customer/buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Shoprely.com will not be held responsible for customs or taxes.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they can not be canceled. Contact us immediately, we'll do our best! 

Q: When will my items arrive? 

A: Clothing and apparel items should be received within 7-15 business days, except international deliveries which may vary by country.
For other specialty and promotional items, please allow between 10-20 days delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

Q: Where are my items coming from? 

A: Our primary warehouse is in the U.S.A but some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as the Germany, United Kingdom and China.

Q: Will my items be sent in one package? 

A: For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. 

Some items are not the same warehouse with other items and they will be sent separately. We cannot combine all the items in one parcel if they are NOT at the same warehouse (same country). In these cases you will recieve your orders separately. 

Q: Do you ship outside the United States? 

A: Yes. We ship worldwide.

Q: What if I want to buy bigger volumes, wholesale? 

A: Yes, we provide wholesale per your request and availability. Please email us at support@shoprely.com

 

Q: How do I check the status of my order? 

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 24-48h to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on Track Order to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Track order page after 3 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: How long does shipping takes?

A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 7 to 15 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 25 business days.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Does ShopRely provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details.
